Photo Blog: Basin Delivery
Stormwater basin deliveries at Dr. Jeremiah Cameron Park have been completed! Over the course of three weeks, basins were installed at the park. More than 324 individual pieces made up the basins, with the heaviest piece weighing approximately 23,000 pounds.
These basins are designed to efficiently manage stormwater runoff and help manage mitigate flooding in the area by collecting and redistributing stormwater at a controlled rate to local green spaces. The installation of the basins marks a significant milestone for the Westport Stormwater Improvements project.
